All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all tickets and passes of any kind, without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.

What are Onsite Registration hours?

When will I receive my badge?

Registration confirmations will be emailed and attendee badges picked up at the show site.

Can I bring my child to the show?

Anyone under the age of 16 will not be allowed on the exhibit floor.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms without prior permission. Violators will be ejected.

How do I get an international Visa letter of invitation?

During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you.

Is parking available at the convention center?

Yes, there are many onsite parking lots at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Is there RV or oversized vehicle parking?

Yes, the East Lot can accommodate oversized vehicles. This lot does not have RV hookups. Overnight parking is available.

Will early/late access to the exhibit hall be allowed?

Exhibitors will be permitted show floor access at 7:00 AM on show days.

Where do I ship my booth materials?

Shipping labels are available within the Freeman order forms. Advance warehouse shipments received after the deadline date are subject to overtime charges.

Can I set up my own booth?

Exhibitors may use full-time company personnel to set up an exhibit; however, they may not operate heavy machinery or lift equipment. Photo ID and company identification are required.

Can I use my own dolly or hand truck?

Yes, exhibitors may hand-carry or use personal dollies or hand trucks from the POV area.

Location: B Ramp (Door 19)

Acceptable Equipment:

  • 2-wheel hand trucks
  • 4-wheel personal dollies

Not Allowed:

  • Manual pallet jacks
  • Electric pallet jacks
  • Dock unloading for POVs

Note: No motorized or manual lifts permitted.

Is security provided?

Yes, 24-hour security is provided during set-up, show days, and tear-down. Do not leave valuables unattended.

What insurance coverage is required?

A certificate of insurance is required for all companies.

Will dishwashing facilities be provided?

Yes, dishwashing facilities are available during show hours and set-up/tear-down. Locations are listed on the show floor plan.

Is cooking and sampling allowed?

Yes, but exhibitors must follow the Cooking and Sampling Regulations in the Exhibitor Service Manual and comply with Ohio Health Department guidelines.

What is provided with my booth?

Draped back walls, side rails, exhibitor ID sign, and 24-hour security.

Is electricity provided?

No, electricity must be ordered through Columbus Convention Exhibitor Services.

Can I have a hanging sign?

Preapproval is required. Hanging signs are permitted only for island booths 400 sq ft or larger.

Exhibitor Badge Registration

Your Contract Contact will receive an email to register booth staff.

How many exhibitor badges do I receive?

Companies receive 5–30 badges based on booth size. Badges are for booth staff only. Complimentary attendee passes are available in the Exhibitor Console.
