Rocky Shanower

Rocky Shanower is the founder and co-owner of Park Street Pizza located in his hometown of Sugarcreek, Ohio. Rocky opened his first business at 22 years old. Since then, he and his wife Courtney have created three unique pizza concepts spanning from Ohio to Texas. His passions include fostering collaboration with other businesses and individuals, identifying new opportunities, and investing in the future generation of their team. In 2020, Rocky was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Pizza Today.  In 2023, Rocky was inducted as a team member into the World Pizza Champions, a prestigious group of industry leaders from around the world that seek to educate and elevate the pizza industry. In 2024, the Shanowers launched their latest concept Dola Jean’s a Detroit Inspired pizzeria featuring creative pizzas, salads, and cocktails in Dover, Ohio Later this year, their wood-fired pizza concept Bahler Street will be opening its first brick and mortar location in Georgetown, Texas.
