Also author of the Amazon #1 Best Seller book Unsliced: How to Stay Whole in the Pizzeria Industry. In 2023 he was named Oklahoma Small Business Person of the year. Andolini's is five pizzerias, two food hall concepts, a food truck, and a fine dining restaurant Mike is a Two-Time Guinness Book World record holder and is Owner and Creator of the Unsliced Restaurant System coaching program.
