If I need to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?
Any and all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all tickets and passes of any kind, without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.

When will I receive my badge?
Attendees must pick up their badges at the show site.
Can I bring my child to the show?
No, anybody under the age of 16 will not be allowed on the exhibit floor.

Can I take photographs during the show?
Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products for the pizza and pasta marketplace. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the expo floor or in conference session rooms at Pizza Expo Columbus without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show.

Will early/late access to the exhibit hall be allowed?
Exhibitors will be permitted show floor access at 7:00 AM on show days.

Can I set up my own booth?
Nevada is a right-to-work state. Exhibitors may use full-time company personnel to set-up an exhibit, however they cannot operate heavy machinery or lift equipment. If full-time company personnel are utilized, they are required to carry photo ID as well as company identification, such as an insurance identification card or payroll stub.

Can I use my own dolly/hand truck and move my stuff in to my booth?
Exhibitors may hand carry their merchandise from their personally owned vehicle (P.O.V. i.e. car, van or SUV) in the designated area(s). Hand carry is defined as small items such as cartons or packages that one person is able to carry. Any mechanical assistance is limited to a small dolly. When exhibitors choose to hand carry material, they may not be permitted access to the loading dock/freight door areas or four wheeled dolly or cart. Please refer to all the Union Rules & Regulations for Las Vegas.
Is security provided?
Yes, 24-hour security will be provided by Show Management throughout the entire exhibition, including set-up and tear-down. However, do not leave personal items unattended, such as purses, cameras, cell phones and other valuables.
What insurance coverage do I need and who should be listed as additional insured?
All companies are required to provide a certificate of insurance. Required by the deadline date. Insurance is available for purchase from Marsh/Total Event Insurance.

Will dishwashing facilities be provided?
Yes, dishwashing facilities are available during show hours as well as during set-up and tear-down. Please refer to the show floor plan for dishwashing locations. A handout will also be dropped in your booth before show day 1 open.
Is cooking and sampling of products allowed?
Yes, but you must adhere to the Cooking and Sampling Regulations found in the Exhibitor Service Manual. Exhibitors who wish to prepare and offer food samples at their booth must submit the Centerplate Food and Beverage Sampling / On-site Preparation Approval Form and follow all Southern Nevada Health Department guidelines. The brochure is located within the vendor section of the Exhibitor Service Manual. The required equipment may be rented through the Centerplate.
What is provided with my booth?
Draped back walls and side rails, exhibitor identification sign, and 24-hour security. (tba)

Order through the Greater Columbus Convention Center (Exhibitors – Greater Columbus Convention Center)
Can I have a hanging sign over my booth?
Preapproval for the use of hanging signs and graphics must be obtained from show management through the Exhibitor Console. Hanging signs are only permitted in island booths which are 400 square feet or larger. (tba)

How many exhibitor badges do I get for my company?
Each company is allotted between 5 and 30 badges based on net square footage of exhibit space. All personnel accessing on the show floor are required to wear an “EXHIBITOR” badge at all times. These badges should only be used for booth staff, NOT CUSTOMERS.
You will also receive an allotment of complimentary attendee passes for your customers, prospects, and guests that will be available within your exhibitor console.

How do I get an international Visa letter of Invitation?
Once your company has paid in full for the exhibit space, you may register your staff.
During the registration process, if a country outside of the United States is selected, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter to be emailed to you
Have provisions been made for the storage and distribution of product?
Have your freight delivered to the Freeman Advanced Warehouse and receive the following:
- Freight delivered to your booth before setup begins
- No check-in or waiting at the marshaling yard
- Free storage 30 days in advance of the show
How do I order furnishings and services that we will need for our exhibit?

You may be contacted by third-party companies purportedly offering services related to the event. Please be aware that many of these companies are not affiliated in any way with the event, are not endorsed by us, and may be offering services that are either subpar, misleading, or fraudulent. We do not in any way endorse or condone these companies, and we are not responsible for their behavior. Any business arrangements regarding the event that you may make through unaffiliated third-party companies are at your own risk and expense.
EventSphere is the official housing provider of the Pizza Expo Columbus. We do not endorse booking hotel reservations through any source other than EventSphere. Other third-party companies may contact you in an effort to get you to book through them. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. Should you be contacted by someone other than EventSphere, please let us know by emailing marketing@pizzaexpo.com
Exercise caution when dealing with or responding to solicitations from unofficial contractors offering services for the expo. Each year, unofficial contractors target expo exhibitors with emails and faxes in an attempt to solicit orders for expo services (i.e., carpet, advertising, shipping, etc.). Some of these solicitations may bear our expo name and logo with the intent of confusing or misleading exhibitors into thinking that the contractors sending them are associated with the Pizza Expo Columbus. Exhibitors are not required to use official expo vendors, but please be aware that outside contractors must be approved by the show and may require exhibitors to pay additional costs. Exhibitors may also incur other financial obligations in the event their designated contractors fail to perform.
Some exhibitors may receive an invitation to purchase a list of buyers attending the International Pizza Expo. Legally, companies are allowed to perform data collection through paid sponsorships and partnerships that are authorized by the Pizza Expo Columbus. Through various methods not directly controlled by Show Management, companies might perform data collection regarding attendees at the Pizza Expo Columbus and claim that they have an attendee list for purchase. With respect to fair and competitive business practices, we do not support or verify unauthorized selling of our attendee data.
