Eric Redfield
CamporossoEric Redfield and his wife, Amy, are owners of Camporosso Wood Fired Pizza in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. After 30 plus years in the corporate world, they fulfilled their lifelong dream of opening a pizzeria. In 2017, they opened Camporosso in a repurposed 100-year-old Sunoco gas station. Since opening, Philippians 2:4 has remained a constant in the Camporosso culture: “Look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.”Camporosso has achieved much local and national recognition in its 8 years of operation, including Best Pizza, Best Italian, and Best Workplace in Greater Cincinnati. It was also named Best Pizza in Kentucky by Food & Wine magazine. The highlight of their career occurred when Camporosso was named 2024 Pizzeria of Year by Pizza Today. The Redfields reside in Fort Mitchell and have three adult children and one grandchild.
