Francesco Marra is the Co-founder and Principal of Pizza University and Culinary Arts Center. A native of Naples, Italy, Francesco has devoted his life to preserving and advancing the culinary art of pizza-making. Established in 2018, Pizza University and Culinary Arts Center stand as a premier school for those passionate about creating, innovating, and learning about the world of pizza. Our program blends theory with hands-on practice, teaching students to craft the perfect dough, master the art of sauce-making, refine stretching techniques for a flawless crust, and select the finest ingredients.
